Johnson Support Solutions LLC may be a new business, but the experience behind it has been years in the making. In our first blog post, founder Tyler Johnson shares the story behind JSS, why it was created, and what readers can expect moving forward.

First off, welcome! Whether you found us because you're a business owner looking for customer support solutions, someone interested in work-from-home opportunities, or you somehow stumbled across this blog while browsing the internet, I'm glad you're here. My name is Tyler Johnson, and I'm the Founder and Owner of Johnson Support Solutions LLC. In March 2026, I decided to take the next step in my professional journey and officially launch Johnson Support Solutions LLC. After years of working in customer service, supporting customers across multiple industries, and working with various companies and contractor programs, I developed a deep appreciation for the impact that great service professionals can have on a business. Along the way, I also saw opportunities to improve the experience for independent contractors. I believed there was a better way to provide support, guidance, and resources to the people who represent brands every day. Johnson Support Solutions was built on that belief: to create a company that not only helps businesses deliver exceptional customer experiences but also helps independent contractors feel supported, valued, and set up for success. So, in March 2026, Johnson Support Solutions LLC was officially born. Since then, it's been a whirlwind. I've spent countless hours building this business from the ground up. Creating processes, learning things I never thought I'd need to learn, building a website, recruiting agents, hosting orientations, solving problems, and figuring things out as I go. Some days have been exciting. Some days have been frustrating. Most days have been a little bit of both, and very rewarding. But every step has taught me something new.
