What is an Arise IBO?

An Independent Business Owner (IBO) is a company registered on the Arise platform that recruits and manages 1099 independent contractor agents. JSS is Arise IBO #1236250.

Are these full-time or part-time positions?

Our contractor roles are flexible — you choose which client programs to work and set your own schedule within the program's available hours.

Where are the positions available?

Positions are available to residents in 30+ U.S. states. Specific state availability depends on the client program.

Do I need prior experience?

Customer service experience is helpful but not always required. Each client program has its own certification process that prepares you for the role.
