Bilingual Portuguese Travel Support Representative

As a Bilingual Portuguese Travel Support Representative, you will assist customers with vacation planning, travel options, membership services, and reservation-related questions while delivering a professional and friendly customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist customers with vacation and travel-related questions
• Provide support with reservation requests, updates, and changes
• Help customers explore available travel options and services
• Assist with membership-related questions and account support
• Provide information about products, features, and available options
• Resolve customer concerns while providing a positive experience
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
• Use multiple systems and resources to research and provide solutions

Ideal Candidates:

• Fluent in both English and Portuguese
• Enjoy helping customers and creating positive experiences
• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Are comfortable providing service and sales support
• Can follow structured processes and workflows
• Have customer service, sales, or travel experience (preferred)

Requirements:

• • Must reside in an eligible U.S. state
• • Dedicated home office workspace free from background noise
• • Hardwired (wired) internet connection — no WiFi
• • Windows PC or Laptop (Mac, Chromebook, or tablets not supported)
• • USB headset with noise-canceling microphone
• • Ability to commit to a minimum number of hours per week
• • Must be at least 18 years old
• • Customer service and/or sales experience preferred but not required
• • Ability to multitask and follow structured workflows
• • Must be fluent in both English and Portuguese
