Cruise Line Customer Support Representative

As a Cruise Line Customer Support Representative, you will assist customers with travel-related questions, reservation support, booking updates, and general vacation planning assistance while providing a friendly and professional customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist customers with travel and reservation-related questions
• Provide support with booking updates and customer requests
• Help customers navigate travel options, policies, and available resources
• Research information to provide accurate answers and solutions
• Document customer interactions and resolutions
• Use multiple systems and online resources to assist customers
• Provide professional support throughout the customer’s travel planning experience

Ideal Candidates:

• Enjoy helping customers create positive experiences
• Have strong communication skills
• Are patient, friendly, and detail-oriented
• Can manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy
• Have customer service, sales, or travel experience (preferred)

Requirements:

• • Must reside in an eligible U.S. state
• • Dedicated home office workspace free from background noise
• • Hardwired (wired) internet connection — no WiFi
• • Windows PC or Laptop (Mac, Chromebook, or tablets not supported)
• • USB headset with noise-canceling microphone
• • Ability to commit to a minimum number of hours per week
• • Must be at least 18 years old
• • Customer service and/or sales experience preferred but not required
• • Ability to multitask and follow structured workflows
