As a Cruise Vacation Sales Representative, you will assist customers with cruise vacation bookings, quotes, promotions, and travel-related questions while providing friendly and professional service. What You’ll Do: - Assist customers with cruise vacation bookings and questions - Provide quotes, promotions, and available travel options - Help customers select vacation options based on their needs - Recommend upgrades, protection options, and additional services - Assist with booking-related questions and customer requests - Use sales skills to help convert customer inquiries into bookings - Research information using multiple systems and available resources - Provide knowledgeable, friendly, and professional customer service Ideal Contractors: - Enjoy travel, vacations, and helping customers - Have strong communication and problem-solving skills - Are comfortable providing customer service and sales support - Can confidently explain options and make recommendations - Are comfortable working toward sales and performance goals - Can multitask and navigate multiple systems - Have customer service or sales experience (preferred)
