Customer Support — Healthcare Transportation

Help make a difference by assisting customers with healthcare transportation needs. This role involves helping individuals coordinate transportation services, resolve scheduling concerns, and receive the support they need during important healthcare-related situations. What You’ll Do: -Assist customers with transportation scheduling requests -Update and modify transportation information -Resolve trip-related concerns and scheduling issues -Provide information regarding available services -Communicate with customers and support teams -Maintain accurate records -Follow established procedures and guidelines Ideal Contractors: -Have strong communication skills -Display patience and empathy -Can handle challenging customer situations -Are organized and detail-oriented -Have healthcare or customer service experience (preferred)
