Customer Support Representative — Financial Services

As a Financial Services representative, you will assist customers with account security concerns, fraud-related questions, and transaction support while following strict security and compliance procedures.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist customers with financial account questions and security concerns
  • Review account activity and identify potential fraud indicators
  • Support customers with lost/stolen card situations and account recovery
  • Verify customer information while following security procedures
  • Document customer interactions accurately
  • Navigate multiple systems and tools efficiently
  • Provide professional support while maintaining confidentiality

Ideal Candidates Have:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to follow structured processes
  • Professional communication skills
  • Customer service, banking, or fraud experience preferred

Requirements:

  • • Must reside in an eligible U.S. state
  • • Dedicated home office workspace free from background noise

  • • Ability to commit to a minimum number of hours per week
