Customer Support — Retail Brand Support

Johnson Support Solutions is currently onboarding independent contractors for remote retail customer support opportunities. In this role, you may assist customers with order questions, product support, account help, general inquiries, and service-related concerns. This is a great fit for someone who is friendly, patient, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating multiple systems while providing clear support. You’ll work from home, choose your own schedule based on available intervals, and complete program certification before servicing customers.
