Provide customer support for retail services by helping customers with questions, account needs, and order-related requests.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy assisting customers, finding solutions, and providing friendly, professional support.

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle inbound customer support requests
  • Assist with account, membership, and order questions
  • Research customer information to provide accurate solutions
  • Process customer requests and updates
  • Document interactions clearly
  • Use available resources and knowledge tools
  • Provide excellent customer experiences

Ideal Candidates:

  • Have customer service experience (preferred)
  • Enjoy helping customers solve problems
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Can follow detailed processes
  • Remain calm and patient in challenging situations

Requirements:

  • • Must reside in an eligible U.S. state
  • • Dedicated home office workspace free from background noise
  • • Hardwired (wired) internet connection — no WiFi

  • • USB headset with noise-canceling microphone
  • • Ability to commit to a minimum number of hours per week
  • • Must be at least 18 years old
  • • Ability to multitask and follow structured workflows
