As a Cruise Travel Agent Support Representative, you will assist travel agent partners with cruise bookings, quotes, promotions, and reservation-related questions while providing knowledgeable and professional support. What You’ll Do: - Handle inbound calls from travel agent partners with booking and cruise-related questions - Assist with cruise reservations, quotes, and available vacation options - Provide information about current promotions and offers - Help travel agent partners navigate booking-related questions and requests - Research information using available systems and resources - Make outbound calls when needed for status updates or clarification - Transfer calls to appropriate support departments when necessary - Provide knowledgeable, friendly, and professional customer service - Follow established processes, workflows, and compliance requirements - Navigate multiple systems while assisting travel agent partners Ideal Contractors: - Enjoy travel, vacations, and helping others plan memorable experiences - Have strong customer service and communication skills - Are comfortable providing both customer service and sales support - Have strong problem-solving skills - Are patient, empathetic, and professional - Can remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment - Are comfortable navigating multiple systems while speaking with customers - Can follow structured processes and workflows - Have previous customer service, travel, reservations, or sales experience (preferred)
